Send feedback or contact Docsio support.
Use the support or feedback widget on the Docsio website or inside the platform. Choose a bug, issue or feature request and describe what you need.
Report a problem
Include the project name or ID, the page or action affected, what you expected and what happened instead. If there is an error message, copy it exactly. A screenshot or short set of reproduction steps helps us investigate.
For a published-site problem, include the public URL and the affected page. For GitHub sync, include the connection status and repository name, without access tokens.
Account and billing questions
Tell us the account email and which site's subscription you mean. Never send passwords, private MCP URLs, API keys or full payment card details.
Feature requests
Explain the task you want to complete and what gets in the way today. Specific examples help us understand whether a change would solve the problem.
