Troubleshooting
Check access, publishing and integration problems.
Start with the status shown in the editor or settings. Keep the project and its saved content while investigating; deleting a project is not a fix for preview, sync or billing issues.
The platform asks me to subscribe
Check whether the trial or this site's paid access has ended. A subscription for another site does not cover this one. Use the relevant billing controls to resolve a payment issue or subscribe to restore access.
The agent stops or the preview is unavailable
Check whether work is still active before sending another request. The agent attempts recovery automatically; if it reports a persistent failure, use the displayed retry action where available. Refresh a stale preview and give it time to restart after inactivity.
If the problem repeats, send support the project name, error text and last action. Saved files remain separate from the preview environment.
Changes are not live
Saving only updates the draft. Confirm the latest publication succeeded and open the correct hosted address. Search, public chat and Reader MCP use published content.
A feature is missing from the published site
Check the feature setting and site access, then publish. Test the result on the public site, not only inside the preview.
GitHub changes do not appear
Confirm the repository, branch, folder and app permissions. If installation succeeded but the connection is incomplete, use Already installed? Finish connecting in the GitHub tab. Check for a pending PR or sync error before forcing another sync.
Domain setup is pending
Compare your DNS records with the values displayed in settings and allow propagation time. Make sure the hostname is not attached to another project. See custom domains.
Images do not load
Check the path, file extension and letter case. External images must be publicly reachable. For local assets, verify the image exists in the project's public image folder and test its URL after publishing.
I need an earlier version
Open publication history, inspect a saved snapshot and preview it before restoring. Keep a copy of newer content you still need.
