Logo and favicon
Replacing the auto-extracted logo with the real one, picking the right format, and the favicon details everyone forgets.
Start with a logo that remains recognizable in a small header. A clean mark with the site name beside it is often easier to read than a wide image containing tiny text.
Logo, the practical bits
Open Settings → General → Logo & Imagery and set Logo URL, or attach the asset to the agent and ask it to apply it. Prefer SVG when available; use a sharp PNG or WebP otherwise.
Check the header on a phone-width viewport. The logo should fit without pushing navigation off screen. Test light and dark backgrounds. If you need separate variants, ask the agent to implement them; the current settings have one logo URL field.
Favicon, the small detail that matters
Give the agent a simple square icon and ask it to set the favicon. A detailed wordmark rarely works at browser-tab size. Publish and check the actual tab; cached icons may need a fresh tab or reload.
Open Graph image
Check how a published page's title, description and share image appear when shared. If the default presentation needs changing, provide the desired image and ask the agent to update the site's metadata. There is no separate OG-image upload control in current project settings.
Common issues
Use a transparent or suitable background, avoid low-resolution source images and keep external logo URLs stable. Confirm changes on the public site after publishing, not only in the editor preview.
