Give collaborators the access they need.
Give collaborators the access they need for their work. A Docsio project has an owner and can invite editors or viewers.

| Owner | Manage the project, billing, team and sensitive integration settings |
| Editor | Work on documentation content |
| Viewer | Review the project without changing content |
Invite the right role
The owner opens Settings → Team, enters an email and chooses the role. Invitees accept using the matching account. Use viewer access for reviewers who do not need to make corrections themselves.
Review membership
Remove access when someone leaves the project and update roles when responsibilities change. Do not share an owner's credentials to make collaboration easier.
Team members do not add a per-seat subscription charge to an accessible site. Membership does not grant access when the site's trial or paid access has ended.
