Inviting team members

Open Team Members in project settings. The site owner can invite collaborators and manage their roles.

Use the editor role for people who need to change content and the viewer role for read-only access. Invitees must accept the invitation using the matching account. Owners retain billing and integration-management responsibilities.

Team collaboration is included during a trial and with the site's subscription. Members do not need separate paid site subscriptions just to collaborate on an accessible site. Existing grandfathered sites keep their earlier limits.

If an invitation fails, check the address, existing membership and your permission to manage the team. Do not share your account password as a workaround.
