A team editing workflow
Review changes before publishing shared documentation.
Agree on the scope, edit the draft, review the result and publish. A simple shared process prevents conflicting changes and makes it clear which version readers can see.
Plan the change
For a broad update, use the agent's Plan mode and review the proposed pages and sources together. For a small fix, identify the page and the exact correction before editing.
Edit and review
Have one person own a group of related changes. Use the preview to review instructions, code, images and links. A viewer can inspect the project without editing it; an editor can make content corrections.
Coordinate with GitHub
If the repository is connected, avoid simultaneous changes to the same pages in GitHub and Docsio. Check sync status, open PRs and preserved-draft notices before publishing. Do not assume the editor and repository have identical content while a PR is waiting for review.
Publish and verify
Publish the approved draft, wait for success and open the live pages. Search for a changed topic and check any public AI feature that depends on it. Use publication history when you need to inspect an earlier state.
