Help readers find answers with the search built into your documentation site.
Readers can use the search control to find documentation pages by their titles and content. Search is built into the current Docsio site design.
Set it up
Open Settings → Features → Full-Text Search Bar and enable it, then publish. Test the search control on the live site and use the keyboard shortcut shown in the search UI.
Keep it useful
Use clear page titles and the terminology your customers use. Publish after editing so the live search index includes the new content.
Search finds pages; AI chat answers questions using published documentation. They are separate features and can be enabled together.
