Editor overview
Use the agent, manual editor and live preview to maintain your site.
Open a project from the dashboard to work on its documentation. The editor brings together the agent conversation, project files and a live preview.
Manual editing
Open a page from the file tree and edit its Markdown or MDX directly. Save the file, then check the preview. Manual editing is useful for exact wording, code examples and small corrections.
Pages are stored under docs/. The file path helps determine the page URL, so moving or renaming a file can change links. See pages and navigation.
Agent and plan mode
Use Edit mode to ask the agent to make changes. Use Plan mode when you want it to inspect the project and propose an approach first. Review and approve the proposed plan to begin implementation.
Give the agent the relevant source material and describe the outcome you want. You can attach files or use the microphone control where your browser supports it. Review transcribed text before sending.
Preview and publish
The preview shows the current draft. Refresh it after a large change, or open it in a separate tab to inspect the full page. Check desktop and mobile layouts, links and images before publishing.
After publishing, open the live address and confirm the update. Use publication history to inspect earlier published snapshots.
Project settings
Settings are grouped into General, Publishing, Features, MCP, GitHub, Team and Danger. Available actions depend on your role and the site's access. Owners manage subscriptions, membership and sensitive integration settings.
