Live preview
Review your current documentation draft before publishing it to the public site.
The preview renders your current draft so you can review it before publishing. It is separate from the public site.
What the preview reflects
- Saved page content and navigation.
- Your site's colors, typography and images.
- Layout changes made by the agent or in the manual editor.
Edits can appear while the agent is still working. Wait for related changes to finish before deciding a page is broken; a new link may briefly appear before its destination is written.
What it doesn't
The preview does not prove that a publication has succeeded. Custom-domain routing and public integrations need checking on the published site. Reader MCP and the AI chat widget use published content rather than unfinished editor changes.
Refresh and full reload
Use the preview's refresh control when content looks stale. Larger changes can take longer to compile. If the preview reports an error, check the latest edit and the displayed status instead of repeatedly creating a new project.
Use the external-link control to inspect the preview at full size. Try the navigation, search and images, then narrow the window to check mobile behavior.
Troubleshooting
If a preview was idle, it may need time to restart. Refresh and wait for it to become ready. For a persistent failure, send support the project name, the page affected and the error shown. Your saved content is separate from the temporary preview environment.
