Contact support

A real human reads every support email. Response time is usually within a few hours during weekdays.

Email

support@docsio.co

Include:

  • Your project ID (in the URL when you're in the editor: docsio.co/project/<id>).
  • A short description of what you were trying to do.
  • Anything you've already tried.
  • Screenshots if a visual bug.

Reply to any Docsio email

Every email Docsio sends you (welcome, billing, product updates, password reset) goes to a real inbox. Just hit reply.

Twitter / X

@docsio for product news. DMs open for quick questions, but for anything that needs a real fix, email is faster.

Discord (coming soon)

A community Discord is in the works. We'll announce when it's ready. For now, email.

Bugs

Include the project ID, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. We have decent telemetry but specific reports help us find the cause faster than logs alone.

Feature requests

Email or tweet. We do read them. Most product decisions come from user requests — when something gets asked for repeatedly, we build it.

Pricing or billing questions

Email is fastest. We can adjust billing, issue refunds for unusual situations, set up annual or volume pricing, all without a sales call.

Sales / partnerships / investor inquiries

Same email. We're a small bootstrapped team — there's no separate sales team. The founder (Aidan) reads anything labeled as a partnership or investor inquiry directly.

Response time

  • Weekdays: usually within 2-4 hours during US working hours.
  • Weekends: slower. Don't expect a response Saturday night unless something is genuinely on fire.
  • Outages: we're there immediately. status.docsio.co for current state.

What we won't do

  • Sales calls. Pricing is on the website. There's no enterprise tier with hidden pricing.
  • Custom contracts on Free. Free plan is what it says — no SLAs, no negotiations.
  • Migrate your content for you. Generation handles a fresh start; for migration from another platform, we'll guide you but you do the work.
