Migrate from Notion

Start with the public documentation URL or an export of your source content. Keep the original site available while you review the import.

Import and review

1. Create a Docsio project from the URL or supported source files.
2. Give the agent the intended scope and any missing source material.
3. Review the generated pages against the original. Check factual details, code examples, images and links.
4. Check the preview on desktop and mobile before publishing.

New projects use Fumadocs. Platform-specific MDX components and navigation files may need conversion. Use Fumadocs components and meta.json navigation rather than copying unsupported imports into the new template.

An import is not proof that every source page was reachable or converted perfectly. Check coverage and correct omissions before changing your public domain. Keep backups and plan any URL redirects needed for existing links.
